The youth of today are not utilizing their resources effectually. They create new groups and cultures without creating the philosophies that are necessary to guide them through life. The groups are constantly changing to regress into early American time periods. The new group structures are totally differential from the early time periods in many forms and manners. In some cases, the newer cultures are more advanced and are more efficient in technologies and functioning of societies. In other cases, the newer groups have not an efficient philosophy or regulations that the older groups lived by. The older groups lived much more effectually than the newer groups would. The steampunk groups are the most multifarious groups of most. They are targetting technological lifestyles that are very complex. The devices of choice for technological functioning are extremely volatile. It would take very complex data to create a functioning technological device that the steampunks chose as an alternative to modern technology. I have created a rank structure for the steampunks. Next I will create a set of regulations for living a safe and prosperous life. The entire globe has been malguided by terminated government operatives who attempt to utilize mind control techniques for human advancement and stabilization. Many of the techniques have not been developed for proper life safety and stability.
